The Skottel is perfect for cooking a wide variety of outdoor meals from traditional breakfasts, paella, sausages, eggs, stir fries and many other dishes. Exceptionally portable, versatile and robust, the Skottel Braai weighs under 10kgs. The Skottel dish is coated in hard vitreous enamel and has stainless steel fixed handles. The unit works off a CADAC 500gr threaded cartridge (not included), using a hose and regulator (included). It can also be driven from a cylinder using a hose and regulator (not included). The Skottel Braai comes complete with a tripod designed for lightness, stability and portability. For easy storage and portability, the legs fold up and pack into a carry bag, while the Skottel top packs into a separate carry bag.
